The Power and Protection of Pure Intent

One of the most important things to know and be aware of is that INTENT is not just words, without actions to back the words, the words are empty.

It's easy for us to say we will do this, do that, live like this, live like that, but unless we actually follow those words with action, we are not living as our intent states but we are just following the status quo.

The various crazes related to the Law of Attraction use intent as an intricate part of their foundation, and while the intent in this case is important, I'm going to take some time to look at intent at a deeper level, where its power really lies.

The perspective I come from is one where the belief is that we are all born clean, whole and healthy from our first lifetime taking a soul. It is at this time we have what I refer to as “pure intent”. Our pure intent at this time of our existence is at its most powerful and is the greatest protection we can have in our life. Pure intent is defined as an acknowledgment and belief that we all have the right to be clean, whole and healthy with a deep respect for free will choice both our own and others and for each of our individual true pathways. Our pure intent also acknowledges that we all have our own truth, and that is to be respected providing it is not causing harm to another.

To relate this to our life today, pure intent can be seen as our umbrella intent, to which all other choices, reactions, behaviours and actions, that result from our embracing our free will choice, will fall under the umbrella intent. As we make choices and develop our intent, those individual intents which do not go against our pure intent, will fall under the umbrella intent. As a result of these choices being protected by the umbrella, there is little chance of them getting wet.

For those choices we make that go against our pure intent, they will fall outside the umbrella intent. This will result in those choices not having the protection that pure intent has to offer, and will get wet. The analogy of the umbrella is a simple way of showing that our lives will run smooth if we live our pure intent and if our choices go against our pure intent in some way, our lives can end up in some kind of turmoil, which in most cases, whether recognized as such or not, is our own inner turmoil.

In understanding the power of our pure intent we first must understand what our Pure Intent really means. We all have a true pathway, free will choice and a right to be clean, whole and healthy. These are the foundations of our Pure Intent and understanding and living within this intent is powerful and is your greatest protection.

OUR TRUE PATHWAY

In understanding our life, there are some important understandings needed in relation to your true pathway.

•We are always on our true pathway, even in those times when there are the most challenges. Those challenges we experience are our time of learning, a time when we can learn to understand ourself and others and bring inner peace into our lives. All paths we walk and follow all lead back to our true pathway.

•Our purpose is for learning and experiencing situations and issues that can help us to grow as a person through healing and understanding.

•Unconditional love of self is one of the greatest lessons we will progress to learn and is the one that will bring the most inner peace to each of us. It is a work in progress and requires a shifted perspective on how we see ourselves, how we see others. It leads to a greater understanding of ourselves and others and in a time when fighting and war is so prevalent, it is the key to peace on earth

•the unconditional love leads to another understanding, which is that growth and healing does not come from blaming either ones self of others, it comes from taking responsibility for oneself.

FREE WILL CHOICE

With key understandings in place related to true pathways, we can move onto free will choice. We all have free will choice, and choosing not to make a decision or choice and/or allowing another to make our choices/decisions, is in itself you making a choice.

Respecting and embracing free will choice is not something that we can pick and choose to accept for ourselves or others but something to be embraced within ourselves for ourselves and for others. We may not always agree with the choices others around us make, but if respecting free will is something we expect for ourselves then we must give the same respect to others. In those situations where you may not agree with another persons choice, you have the choice yourself to walk away from a situation. Having said that there are underlying factors that don't always make that feasible, at which time your pure intent will help you to find your peace within the situation.

We as individuals need to be responsible for our choices, our reactions, our behaviours, our decisions. Each time we allow another to upset us, hurt us, make us sad, make us feel anything, it is our choice to feel as we do. It is us, who are allowing another to make us feel those emotions. You will see more later, where taking responsibility or blaming relates to our free will choice aspect of our pure intent.
By our nature, most humans are very compassionate and want to help others. Yet at the same time, we only want to help those that we feel are worthy of our help. In relation to free will choice its important to understand that with every choice, decision, behaviour etc there are consequences. Those consequences may be good or they may be not so good. Understanding that, regardless of the consequence, this is an opportunity for learning and growth within ourselves. So for those that use their free will choice to make choices we don't agree with , its important that we understand that the one making the choice/decision/behaviour etc has an opportunity to learn something, and as mentioned above, it is part of their true pathway and not for us to hinder them in anyway by thinking we can make better choices for them. If we force our own choice on them, for their situation, then we are not only hindering their free will choice, but we are also potentially hindering them in learning an important lesson along their pathway.

Its also very important to understand that within our society, free will choice is not well respected and we are taught at a very young age to not create our own individual intent in life but to follow what is being told to us, act how we are told and expected to act, think how we are told to think. Recognizing the existence of this control on our free will choice is a step closer to self empowerment and living our pure intent.

OUR RIGHT TO BE CLEAN, WHOLE AND HEALTHY

The importance of this section refers also to our reasons for existing. Being open to new ideas and concepts is empowering in the sense that you are able to learn continuously about those things that can hinder us from being clean whole and healthy. In that way, it is our responsibility to embrace this right for ourselves and to learn all we can to make this happen for ourselves. While we may call upon God or angels to do this and that for us, they will only do what is within your awareness and knowledge, so they do not go against your free will choice.

RIGHT TO BE CLEAN

Everything is energy, we are energy, this computer I use to type this information is energy, the floors we walk on, the roads we drive on, everything is energy. Just as our physical bodies can get dirty from day to day living, so too can our energy. While we have been taught from a young age that bathing or showers will clean our physical bodies, little about cleaning our energy has been known or shared with us. There are many things that can “dirty” up our energy daily. Just as, for example, sweat can give us an awareness of residue needing cleared from our bodies, awareness is key in cleaning our energy. Until we are aware of the existence of something, it doesn't exist.

We took our first soul as clean pure energies, but life itself, as with our physical body, can leave dirt or residue on us based on our experiences. From an energy perspective, our experiences, emotions, connections with others also leave a residue needing cleared to bring us back to our own pure energy. If you consider how long ones life is, and realize that we have many lifetimes we each have lived to date, the amount of build up of residue and various energies sticking to us, is significant.
What are the benefits of being clean?

Just as food, our environment, addictive substances, and everything else in our physical lives can have an affect on our health and feeling whole, so can the energies and residues that may be clinging to our energy. The various things that cling can have an affect on our mental, physical and spiritual state of well being and health. Without an awareness of this possibility, then those things that can actually affect our health and well being, don't exist for people, which can lead them down paths of reaction to the symptoms they feel in their lives.

For example, if you have trouble quieting your mind, or your mind is constantly bombarding you with thoughts or messages, that can be a clue that there may be things clinging to your energy that are causing that overwhelming feeling in your mind.

From a physical perspective, we may feel others pain and without the awareness that it belongs to someone else we tend to automatically claim it as our own. Once we claim it as our own, then we continue to feel it and in turn it has an affect on our daily lives.

From the spiritual side of things, those things clinging to us can actually block truths we may have within from surfacing, in an attempt to manipulate your beliefs and your pure intent. As mentioned earlier, this can result in your intent being outside of your umbrella intent, leading to challenges in your life.

The examples shared are not inclusive and are simply given to open ones mind up to the possibility that maybe there is more to life then what has been shared with us or what we have learned.

RIGHT TO BE WHOLE

From a 'whole' perspective, this refers to the acknowledgement. that. while as humans we are often giving and caring, we also need to be aware that in doing so we need to keep all of our pieces and parts with us.

I'm sure you have heard people say upon a loved ones passing, or the break up of a relationship, “that person took a piece of my heart with them”. While it may be just considered as words to describe the deep feeling of emptiness the person feels with the separation from the loved one, depending on the strength of the feeling put into that statement, they can actually send parts or pieces of themselves to cling to that other person. In doing so the person truly is feeling empty because of part of them was sent, leaving a vacant hole in their energy. In cases where you have sent a part or piece to another or vice versa someone else sending a part of piece to you, that actually is similar to a constant irritant to a wound. As long as those parts are missing, or others are clinging to you, it is a constant reminder of the connection which makes it difficult to heal that situation. If you think of a cut on your finger, you do all you can to clean it so it can heal, but if you bang it again or bend your finger a certain way then it starts to bleed again. Its the same idea when your parts/pieces are clinging to others, or theirs to you, that is like continuously banging or bending your finger so it is not able to heal. When not healed, just as when we have a sore finger, we may see situations differently, or make choices based on those feelings or ties we have through the parts/pieces clinging. Since these choices may be different to the choices we would make when whole, the potential is there for a hindrance to your free will choice and true pathway.
What is important to be aware of in these cases, is that taking your parts back or sending others parts back to them, it is not a sign that they weren't important in your life or that you didn't love them, it actually is a sign of unconditional love for yourself and for others, to reclaim all your own parts to be able to walk your true pathway unhindered and allow the same for them.

RIGHT TO BE HEALTHY

As previously mentioned, there are things from our energy that can affect our health and how we feel. Once you walk through the steps of clearing those things not truly you, reclaiming those parts/pieces of yourself from others, then you can focus on your own personal things that can have an affect on your health. The main contributor to our health challenges is our emotions. Every ache, pain, illness, and disease all have an emotional root. Of course once something is in the physical body, its not a one time situation that created it, its a culmination of numerous situations where the same intense emotions have been felt and not healed or released. In a sense they are pushed down leaving a weakness in various areas of your body depending on the emotion. Once the weakness is there, its much more difficult for your own body to heal itself because it can't get past the wall created by the emotional energy in all forms.

A good example of this may be two people walking together, one person goes over on their ankle and breaks it while the second person goes over at the exact same point, the exact same way as the first person, but doesn't break their ankle and may have no discomfort at all. How is it that the second person didn't break their ankle? This goes back to the emotional root aspect. The emotional root for ankle problems is inflexibility and ease of changing directions. The person who broke their ankle, if they were to look at what is happening in their life, and were honest with themselves, they would notice that there are situations in which they are being inflexible, which then creates the emotional energy that settles in that part of their body. When they went over on their ankle, and if the emotional energy settled there is strong, then that little side step was enough to break their ankle. The second person who didn't hurt themselves, doesn't have the same weakness , meaning the issue of inflexibility is a non issue for them, or they are at the least less inflexible then the first person.

As with all stated and talked about previously, we have a responsibility to ourselves to be open and learn and understand all we can about ourselves in order for us to embrace our pure intent for ourselves and develop the same for others. In taking responsibility, its also important to understand that to embrace our pure intent, it also means that we learn to do for ourselves rather then having others do for us. Having said that no man is an island and we are all here to assist each other, but ultimately no one can do or say to you anything that you don't know or know differently in your own right. When we allow others to do for us, we are surrendering our power to them and can be influenced and/or hindered by them through their own perceptions and preconceptions and illusions.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM EMBRACING MY PURE INTENT?

This may be one of the toughest questions you will ask yourself initially. We all have a tendency to think we are doing what is right and have pure intent in our actions, but the list below, while not fully comprehensive, can give you a bit of insight into whether or not you are living your pure intent or if you are deceiving yourself into thinking you are living it.

Questions to consider in helping to identify pure intent within yourself through your actions, behaviours and responses to situations.....

•Do you inspire and lift everyone to their highest potential with unconditional love and acceptance?

•Have you learned to not judge people and instead pray for their health and happiness?

•Do you understand that all happens for a reason, and any path you're on comes to a fork in the road, its not a dead end, but a new opportunity to embrace?

•Are you accepting of others, even though they may not be as you feel they should be or making choices you feel are acceptable?

•Do you have trust and faith, in place of fear, worry, frustration etc in your life?

•Do you trust that you have all you need within yourself to walk your true pathway and learn your chosen lessons?

•Do you embrace all yours and others successes, no matter how small they may seem at the time?

•Do you understand that you are a piece of a greater puzzle, whose piece is as important as all others and your piece is an intricate part of the puzzle?

•Do you respect and have an acceptance of others beliefs and truths even if they are not the same as your own?

•Do you understand the importance and difference between empowering someone and doing for them?

•Do you acknowledge that an understanding of self and others contributes to inner peace?

•Can you understand that there is a fine line between taking responsibility for self and blaming oneself or others for situations?

•Do you embrace the idea that you have the right to live happily and it is your responsibility and within your power to create that happiness for yourself?

•Are you able to reflect on yourself in a way that is positive and from a learning perspective as opposed to one that is critical, creating a negative feeling towards yourself?

If you find yourself responding “no” to any of the above questions, rather than berating yourself, take all as a clue of areas within yourself to focus on and find the triggers of what is causing you to react with those intents outside the umbrella intent. As I mentioned earlier this pure intent is within us all, but with life being life, and the experiences we have all lived, we can have triggers that hinder us from being able to live our pure intent. Once you are able to find those triggers and heal them, then you are able to continue your journey of reaching your pure intent.

Truth or Freedom and Peace for all?

In our pursuit of personal growth, peace and freedom, we are introduced to many truths. Everyone has their own truth within and providing it's not harming another what is the harm. In looking up the definition of "truth" in various dictionaries, there is no clear one defining definition, there are numerous ones, just as we as individuals have various perceptions of what truth is. I think our truths are an important backbone of our personal growth, but in understanding that we can also acknowledge that our personal truths can shift based on increased knowledge and awareness we may access.

It's wonderful and essential to our own personal growth to share what we have learned after all no man is an island. What we need to take into account as well is that we all have the capacity to find our own truth, and that one truth is no more valid then another, its all based on our personal perceptions and biases.

A simple example, could be two people driving in a car, in the near distance is a large object, the car runs over it and results in a flat tire. Both parties get out and see the tire was flattened by a piece of glass. However there is some question between the parties as to whether or not the driver saw the object and purposely ran over it. There is then a question as to what the object really is. The parties are now going to be late to the place they were going to, which upsets them and also further irritates their feelings in relation to the predicament.

In the example, both see their views of the situaton as truth, both could be irritated at the other because they are not seeing the same truths. What is the result? The time taken to talk about their differences, could have been time used to change the tire or get help to change the tire. Focusing on their common objective, which was to get where they were going, would have sped the process up and at the same time kept the situation pleasant between the two parties. Ultimately, it didn't matter whose truth was really truth in this case. The situation happened and in order to reach their destination united, a mutual respect and understanding was a requirement to ensure that they weren't separated from their initial objective.

Had the parties involved in this example, been so focused on ensuring their truth was validated and upheld, the situation could have turned into one of a loss of friendship, one party walking away leaving the situation behind and having to walk to their destination.

There is a tendancy, when focusing simply on the truth as a vehicle for meeting a goal or objective, for a divide and conquer scenario to play out. If we can be respectful of others truth and focus on the the commonalities rather then the differences, then we are able to come together to work towards a similiar goal.

In the case of freedom and peace, there are common and apparent truths for all, we are slowly loosing our personal freedoms, and there is a strong attempt made to have us continuously living in fear. These truths, for those willing to look at the facts, are very apparent. In finding the common truths for all, we can then begin to develop a mutual goal, that of freedom and peace.

To focus on our truth differences, will only alienate the very people who we want to join in reaching the chosen objective. Mutual respect will allow a person to have their own truths, while working jointly with others with different truths, towards peace and freedom.

Only when we put our differences aside and focus on our mutual objectives can we unite to reach our goal.

Basking in a Wishing Well

A Wishing Well as defined by dictionary.com is :

~ a well or pool of water supposed to grant the wish of one who tosses a coin into it.~

By definition alone, we can see the difference of the Wishing Well from the Emotional Gravity Wells (EMG). You will notice the affect on the Elements in choosing a Wishing Well over an EMG is significant and has an beneficial shift within a Wishing Well.

As we commit to ourselves to work towards pure intent and unconditional love of self, basking in a Wishing Well is a natural progression for us. We are able to see and embrace the opportunities for learning that each and every situation in our lives presents to us. In doing so we are also able to empower ourselves through forgiveness, understanding (of both ourselves and others) leading to unconditional love of self.

We all act, react, and behave as a result of our previous experiences and learning. To step back from any given situation, and enlarge your perspective of it, we allow ourselves to to enjoy the peace and calm of the Wishing Well. When in this space, we are also able to, through our pure intent throw our coins into the Wishing Well, as defined in the above definition

At the heart of all, everyone wants the same outcome, has the same objective. We all want peace within and peace on earth. To get there, we need to be who we want others to be. If we can put competition and individual truths aside, and focus on the objective, then we will be much more successful in creating a unity through unconditional love and peace that no one or nothing can conquer.

To wish another success in their mutual objective, is to give power to the intent. Our thought intent is our power , and it's not hard to imagine the power behind us all embracing pure intent, unconditional love of self and a strong focus on our mutual objective.

To focus on mutual truth leads to a divide and conquer scenario which relinquishes the power of the intent behind our thought. We may not all believe the same individual truths, and providing we are not harming others through our truths, we all have the right to believe what we choose. A focus on a mutual objective (I.E. love, peace, freedom to be who we are, mutual respect) allows for a unified engine of thought intent power.

Not only does choosing and acting within a Wishing Well have a positive affect mentally and emotionally on you, but physically you are more relaxed, more content and have more energy and vigor. Naturally, the benefits of feeling at peace and relaxed, is the attraction of the same to your energy. No longer are you attracted to drama or those who feed from it.

If you find you are in a situation that looks or feels familiar to an EMG (discussed in previous note) , see below an exercise you can use to ease the effects of the emotions and energies on you, so you are able to focus on looking within to identify and clear your triggers, to be able to bask yourself in a Wishing Well instead.

~Sit in your sun (representative of your own core energies)

~Ask that the Forgiveness Heart© do all appropriate in attracting and transmuting all energies you are holding onto that forgiveness is needed for. This includes forgiveness of self as well as others. The Forgiveness Heart will transmute all to unconditional love and forgiveness.

~ For those things you can't control, begin sending the energy of those things you can't control to the Freedom Star© (as seen in previous note)

~ Now ask that all energies that are part of the EMG be transmuted to those of a Wishing Well, and feel the power of your own core energies, helping to lighten your load.

~ If you are deep into an EMG, this exercise is recommended to be used regularly as a way of helping you to clear yourself from it.

~ When you are finished the exercise, call on your coreself, mitochondria and symbionts to rebalance your energy appropriately.

We all have one goal, we all have the power, it's just a matter of recognizing it and embracing as individuals, strengthening the whole.

~Inner peace, unconditional love and pure intent is our power foundation for change~

In these exciting yet challenging times of change within the world, as individuals, what control do we have?

It's very easy to get overwhelmed by the magnitude of the upheavals happening or needing to happen. As an individual, it's difficult to see the power we have not only within ourselves but as a collective. Each of us has a piece of the puzzle and each is an important piece. All are needed to accomplish our shared objective of peace on earth.

Peace on earth begins with peace within. While it's true that we can't all sit behind our computers and have the material changes manifest automatically, it's also true that if we aren't feeling our own inner peace , and taking that to the outside world, then we won't be able to create the shift in consciousness and changes that are needed.

If you are passionate about creating change, then that passion comes from within not from our emotions. While we may be able to fuel our passion with our emotions, for lasting and profound change, we need to be in control of our emotions. We need to have our own inner peace.

Protests/ can be a wonderful way to share your perspective with the world and bring about change. In such cases, while its our emotions (i.e. anger, frustration, fear),that feed our drive.. we need to be aware of the power of our emotions and learn to use them to meet our objective. If we don't have control of those emotions, then we are easily triggered in situations that can and will result in conflict. Everyone has the right to believe what they do, without harm coming to them or others. We can't force anyone to believe or think as we do, it's only within our control to share our perspective in the hope that we are planting seeds for them to nourish and grow.

By allowing ourselves to be controlled by our emotions and triggered at the first sign of someone not buying into what we are selling, we are no longer working from a place of love and peace. This can result in alienation from those who truly come from that place. In the long term, any change created through a lack of inner peace is simply the same old same old, with the exception of new faces at the helm.

If it is our passion to take a stand, and to embrace the job of sharing the knowledge, information and peace we hold, then we have a responsibility not only to ourselves but to others to do so coming from a place of inner peace and love, which is the very thing we are hoping to achieve.

For those things we can't control, here is a wonderful exercise to help us surrender the energy of those things that actually create blocks to our moving forward...

~visualize yourself sitting in your sun (representing your core energies) and you are sending the energy of all you can't control to the Freedom Star* outside your personal sheilds...and have your coreself filling in all areas vacated with faith, trust and unconditional love...rebalance your energy appropriately ~

Emotional Gravity Wells

A gravity well is the pull of gravity that a large body in space exerts. The larger the body (the more mass) the more of a gravity well it has.

For our purposes, we will reform that definition into one that helps us to understand the effect of an Emotional Gravity Wells© (EGW) on us, our lives and those around us.

We all have and feel emotions, that is one of the wonderful things about being human, however along with the good comes the more challenging ones that we can, without an understanding, get overwhelmed with.

An EMG can be likened to a reverse whirlpool of swirling emotions. We can be pulled into our own EGW that we share with others at any time, even daily, depending on who we interact with at any given time.

For a reverse whirlpool to exist, the conditions must be such, within the water, that there is a blockage in some way of moving forward. For our purpose of understanding an EGW, its our emotions that create the blockages to the smooth flow of the water. The energy of the emotions like hurt, pain, anger, frustration etc set the stage or the origins of the gravity well. The emotions of the other party(s) involved in the creation of the EGW act as a mirror for us, and without an understanding of your part and for others within them, you both have the potential to be sucked in. The more situations experienced and the strength of the emotions involved, will influence the size of the gravity well. In the particular example of it being between only two people, the minute one of the parties gets a 3rd, 4th, 5th etc person involved, then your gravity well will grow, feeding off the emotions of the parties involved.

You can recognize an Emotional Gravity Well© based on peoples response to the emotions identified above. If they react in defense, or lash out in anger to the other person, and the other person responds the same way, then you have your beginnings of a gravity well. With each reaction/response mentioned, you are feeding the gravity well energy, either to burn bridges or to create new bonds within and potential without as well.

What are the affects of being in or pulled into a gravity well?

Being pulled into a newly created gravity well is definitely much easier to free yourself of, with the right understanding of the situation, where as those created over lifetimes that surface in this lifetime are a little more challenging, yet very possible. When you are in a gravity well, you feel this need to respond to every comment made to or about you that is more negative based. There comes a feeling of being attacked unfairly (which could very well be true), but along with that feeling, you also create your own emotions within yourself that have an affect on how you see every situation in your life. These emotions also have an affect on the choices you make daily. You will spend a lot of your time focusing on this situation, which can be a distraction from what is important in your life. You may also find that it's your right or your chosen job to stand up for someone else if you are drawn into one.

When you find yourself defending who you are, take a step back and consider why you feel the need to do so. Why wouldn't you automatically think that they would know simply appreciate you from your past actions or from knowing you. We really have no one else to impress with ourselves and leading by example (i.e. being who we want others to be) is something we can all do and it is noticed by people. If you don't feel people know you for who you are, or that people who don't know you, may feel something bad about you, as a result of others opinions, then we need to step back and find out, from within, why this and their opinions matters so much to us.

If you have been in an ongoing battle with someone, have you noticed that after some time, you forget what the original issue was. If we don't work to pull ourselves out of a gravity well then we just get sucked in deeper and deeper. At this point, if you think about the idea of a gravity well being funnel shaped, the deeper you go the less light you are able to see. It's when you are getting deeper and deeper ,that the original issue is lost to us, all we know then is the emotions that are drawing us deeper and deeper into it. As with being unteathered from the foundations of existence, it's difficult to create a foundation of self of unconditional love of self and pure intent.

To prevent the formation of a gravity well we need to have an understanding of self and why we and others respond and react as we do. The creation of a gravity well is not about blame but it is about our own individual responsibility to ourselves to learn about ourselves and work towards unconditional love of self. When we realize that a gravity well is just an indicator that we have some internal work to do on ourselves, we can step back and put the focus where it needs to be rather then powering the gravity well. As you are able to understand your responses and feelings, you are then able to forgive the other person and walk away from the gravity well. Without you feeding it, the gravity well will dissipate, as do whirlpools when the blocks are cleared from the water, allowing a smooth flow.

Being caught in an EGW, has not only a mental and emotional affect, but it also can have a physical manifestation. You will find you are stressed, tired and that nothing seems to go the way you expect or think it should go in many parts of your life.

How can you get out of a gravity well?

1. The main way as mentioned above is to gain an understanding of self and others, which comes from healing and personal growth.

2. Ensuring your intent is pure, as noted in a previous note, is a must, as part of the understanding needed to steer clear of falling into or creating gravity wells.

3. Take a step back and look at the situation, and then look within to see where the triggers are that have pulled you into the gravity well. This isn't about self blame, this is about taking responsibility for your health, growth and well being.

4. Understand that you have no control over how others react, respond, think, believe etc. You only have control over how you react, respond, think, believe. Once you are able to appreciate and understand that, and release the energy created, by the emotions, you feel, with that lack of control, then you are able to clear away blocks to miraculous outcomes for the situation.

5. We must see the situation through loving eyes, i.e. loving of ourselves and of others.

6. Our ultimate goal is to shift the energies of an Emotional Gravity Well into that of a Wishing Well where we have inner peace, unconditional love, faith and trust and wish that for all others.

To be free and clear of gravity wells, it takes a conscious effort and commitment to ourselves for personal growth, pure intent and understanding. Only then, when we have that peace within will there be peace on earth.

Freedom Star

This exercise is an opportunity for you to free yourself of the burden of those situations, people's responses, reactions, behaviours etc that are beyond your control. We can only control our own actions/reactions, and behaviours, yet, without awareness of an alternative, we hold onto expectations, frustration, anger, hurt, worry and fear..

This is a powerful meditiation to clear those emotional energy and blocks, allowing you to contribute to a resolution not only to the situation at hand but is also beneficial to our own health and wellbeing. This exercise is also an important one for leading you out of a gravity well and into a wishing well.

~visualize yourself sitting in your sun (representing your core energies) ..feel how warm and inviting it is.

~ now look beyond your personal shields and see the Freedom Star©

~ see the energy of those things you are not able to control flowing to the Freedom Star©

~feel your coreself filling in all areas vacated with faith, trust and unconditional love

Continue the release on a regular basis to keep clearing potential blocks to miracles manifesting

When you have completed the meditation, call on your coreself, mitochondria and symbionts to rebalance your energy appropriately

The Eagle has Landed

Ever wonder how we can help to expand our perceptions to see. not only the trees but the beautiful forest? Calling on and reclaiming our Golden Eagle allows us to soar high above all with power and courage.

The following exercise/meditation allows you the opportunity to reunite with those energies within that the Golden Eagle represents and creates a sharing of consciousness not only on an individual level but using the 100th monkey affect, we can help shift the energy of each and every eagle symbol used in the world.

To reconnect with your Golden Eagle, visualize yourself in your sun (representative of your own core energies)....

Call forward your Golden Eagle..look deeply into each others eyes and feel the trust and faith between you both.....ask your Golden Eagle to remove any bindings that have been placed on its freedom..

See your Golden Eagle land on your right shoulder facing the same direction you are...

You are now united shoulder to shoulder looking out on the world together, with this new understanding, vision, and higher consciousness. Your expanded perception allows you to see a more empowering solution to your own situation(s) and to shift world mass consciousness.

Once you have reconnected with you Golden Eagle, then ask it, through the eagle mass consciousness to send out unconditional love and pure intent through all eagles whether they be real or inanimate....

Through the 100th monkey effect, we can ensure that unconditional love and pure intent is flowing freely in all aspects of society where the eagle is used symbolically I.E. american postage stamps, numerous government and corporate buildings across North America and Europe and all other places world wide, country crests, group emblems, the list is endless....lets work with our eagles to create a shift to unconditional love and pure intent world wide.

Shifting our perceptions of fear to faith, trust and unconditional love

All this talk about releasing fear...we know we need to...we really want to ...but "ugh" it's sooo hard to. Fear is actually more a symptom or reaction to a root cause.

Fear not ..with understanding, determination and a hunger to embrace who we truly are, fear can be replaced with faith and trust in ourselves and the universe. This step is an intrical part of inner peace.

The number one factor contributing to our fear is a lack of control that we feel in any given situation. You're afraid of what this or that person may feel or say or do in any situation, because we can't control their response or behaviours. What are some of the symptoms that result in fear?

Basic Needs Not Met

A good example is the fear that people are feeling with the economy. Many have lost their jobs, lost their money, their homes and with that comes the fear of their basic needs not being met. This kind of fear can consume a person leaving them little time to focus on what they still have in life, the important things like family and good friends. Some would say, your right, but I appreciate my family and friends, but I need food and I need shelter etc, to which everyone would agree. A suggested alternative perception would be to consider whether that holding onto ones fear, is actually creating blocks to allowing the universe to work its magic. The economy is something we have little control over in the larger sense, but we can do whatever is within our control.

Government

More and more this fear is growing leaps and bounds in many circles. We are made to feel like children in the sense that the government insists that we are't safe and they know what is best for us and will "protect" us. The last thing we need are more laws and erosion of our personal freedom. We need to remember, and once again this is having faith in yourself and the universe, that everything is as it should be. Every situation we encounter in life has a purpose, focus on finding the purpose of the situation and doing what you need to do within to gain that inner peace and understanding. The Human spirit is powerful and uncompromising in survival, the key is to make your survival be inner peace. It's important here to also remember, learning to be in control of our emotions rather then the opposite, will keep us from being controlled by anger and frustration, that doesn't really change the situation in a way that you want it to change. If we feel love is the answer, then act with that intent, and know love shouldn't hurt...anyone. Having said that, the suggestion is not that we should lay down and allow ourselves to be controlled, more that unconditional love, forgiveness and understanding, is a power that we can all weild and lead by example.

Not Being Good Enough

When we find ourselves in situations where we are fearful someone won't like us, or that we said something stupid, or in hindsight didn't like the way we presented ourselves, this once again is an example of a fear where we have little control. We can't control how the person(s) feel about us, or how they will respond to our gestures, no matter what those gestures may be (ie apologies, opinions etc). If we want to look at the root of this fear, it really lies within ourselves. The way we respond, react, behave from others actions or words towards us is a wonderful way to look within for the trigger. People are like a mirror for us. While the earlier root of fear is requiring some faith and trust in ourselves, it calls for a faith and trust in the universe. In this particular example, the major shift in releasing this fear relates to our own inner peace and knowing. In being able to take responsibility for ourselves (as opposed to blaming ourselves), we are able to understand ourselves and others better, which leads to a faith and trust in ourself. This can melt away our fears of not being good enough. If we don't feel we are good enough, we can thank our family, friends and acquaintances for pointing out to us those areas we need to focus on. The intriquing thing about this is they don't even realize they are helping us.

Will I Reach My Dreams

This symptom, is another that relates to us directly. While no man is an island, we have our own individual responsibility to do what is within our control to make our dreams come true. The first thing we need to do is dare to dream. Many of us are fearful to even dream, in case it doesn't happen or in case it does happen. We need to realize that we are all worthy of the dreams we create and that its only by releasing our fears, can we reach those dreams. Once again the fear creates a block to the very thing we wish to manifest. Embrace those fears, learn about ourself from them and melt the fear with our understanding, forgiveness and unconditional love of self.

There are many other situations where our fears manifest. For the purposes of this note, not all have been mentioned, but we can be guarenteed that the root cause of the manifestation of the fear is the same for every situation. When we don't acknowledge our true selves through understanding, unconditional love and taking responsibility, but choose to blame ourselves or others, then we lose our power and control. Any fear we hold replaces any faith and trust we have with ourselves and with the universe. This is a new perception for us, in how we can change our lives and empower ourselves. Below is a very powerful exercise that will enable us to surrender the energy of those things we are not able to control, while embracing our power through a replacement of the fear with faith and trust.

There are factors beyond ourselves that we need to be aware of that can have an affect on our own feelings. The main one being others energy. Whether we are consciously aware or not, we can feel others emotions or energy. If you were in a room where everyone is fearful, you could definitely begin to feel the fear of the others, and although we may been working hard to clear our fears, it can also be a clue that their fear is resonating within us, a fear maybe not recognized or that we have been able to identify.

The FREEDOM STAR Exercise/Med

~visualize yourself sitting in your sun (representing your core energies) and you are sending the energy of all you can't control to a star outside your personal sheilds...and have your coreself filling in all areas vacated with faith, trust and unconditional love ~

The Pineal...our connection to all that is

For those who are not familiar with the Pineal Gland, it is defined in the dictionary as

~a small, cone-shaped endocrine organ in the posterior forebrain, secreting melatonin and involved in biorhythms and gonadal development~

While it has its physical functions, for the purposes of this note, we are going to look at it from an awareness/energy perspective. It's often suggested that it is the "third eye". While this is true, the third eye is more a doorway to reaching the treasures that the pineal holds for us all.

The Pineal gland is our connection to existence, it is our connection to our true selves and provides us access to all in existence. Having said that I believe that as with our own growth in general, we grow into the access we have available through our pineal gland.

Most of us have lived many lifetimes, learned much along the way and continue to do so throughout our lifetime. As we heal and learn, so too do we have a greater access to the knowledge and insights our pineal can provide to us. As we are able to perceive ourselves as an infinite consciousness, we are opening ourselves up to the mysteries of our life and existence. The ultimate flow we all strive for is that of recognizing ourselves as an infinite consciousness which allows us a vast new perception related to life, ourselves and all else with awareness within existence.

As we grow into and reclaim the awareness our pineal gland has to share with us, through every step of our journey, we find our balance becoming even more apparent and centered. The key to this journey or rekindling with our true self through our pineal is to open to the idea of freeing oureslves of creations like hierarchies, that no one is better or worse than another whether they be human, animal, plant, tree and recognize that all our on their own path to their own truth, and we are all here to co-exist lovingly, take responsibility for our own actions, behaviours and responses, and respect others free will to make their choices and learning within their own lives.

In reconnecting with your pineal, its important to note, that it may bring up certain perceptions to replace with a larger perception. It's always your choice what or how you want to perceive situations, beliefs etc...just remember, this is your pineal gland...your access to your piece of the puzzle, and is there to help you grow, not to hinder your growth.

Also worth noting in reconnectiong with the pineal, your thoughts will be magnified ...allow the subconscious thoughts (that can be barriers and blocks to your growth), to be front and center. While it may sound daunting, this is a perfect opportunity to wrap those thoughts with unconditional love and clear them. Once cleared your coreself will fill in those areas vacated with your core energies (i.e. unconditional love)

If you want to reconnect with your pineal gland, here is a exercise/meditation you can try:

Sitting in your sun (which represents your own core energies), use your thought intent to call your pineal forward...

Visual your pineal....sending unconditional love to it and feeling it for yourself from it....

Speak with it... acknowledging that your desire is to increase your perceptions of yourself and willing to release any perceptions that may be blocking you from a wider perception of yourself and existence....

Pay attention to the thoughts you have or what you hear from your pineal...this can be a life changing experience....have a pen and paper ready to record any thoughts, or messages it has to share with you....

Then embrace your pineal gland...and and feel yourself becoming one with it....

Call on your coreself, mitochondria and symbionts to rebalance your energy appropriately once you have reconnected with your pineal gland
.

Benefits of reconnecting with your pineal

1. clearing out blocks/barriers that your subconscious may throw at you
2. a new perception in many areas of your life and throught processes..i.e. free will choice, situations, others who have awareness like the earth herself, animals, plants, trees, and those we may not even be aware of from beyond the earth.
3. a renewed sense of balance and centeredness
4. it enables us to develop an empowered perspective in life

The Power of Thought

It's pretty common knowledge the power of thought intent. That is one of the purposes of the 100th Monkey Club, to increase the potential of having a positive effect on the mass consciousness, through our own personal commitment to embracing unconditional love of self and inner peace.

In a world that is ever shifting, it takes increased focus to not only ensure we focus on understanding why we act or behave or react as we do...but also be aware that as we do that for ourselves, we are also gaining valuable insights into others behaviours, actions and reactions. We don't have to like the behaviour of another person, but when we are able to understand where it is coming from, it is easier to acknowledge our own responsibilities within a given situation, IE choosing if we want to respond seeing the situation through loving eyes, or through our emotions eye glasses, where the emotions we choose to hold onto cloud and filter the situation.

As we grow within ourselves and are able to gain control of our emotions, choose how we will react to various situations, then and only then will we be able to see all situations for what they are...learning opportunities. This will also bring about balance for us and our natural state will be a positive one.

If we feel that we must be positive always and it is a forced positivity, meaning it doesn't flow naturally, then at some point, we will be overwhelmed with frustration, and having or developing intent that falls out beyond the pure intent umbrella.

As seen within the Pure Intent blog, those thought intents that fall outside the protection and power of your pure intent umbrella, can lead to situations where nothing seems to go as we feel it should, relationships are not as we deserve to have them and life has a feeling of defeat attached to it.

Another particular important thing to understand in relation to the power of thought relates to the mirror effect. What we see in others, especially the more negative attributes, are those things within us that we need to work on within ourselves. Every person we meet is a mirror reflection of ourselves. Pay close attention to what you are seeing in the mirrors we call friends, family and acquaintances. There is valuable knowledge within each and every relationship you have.

The ability to respond to anyone with unconditional love, means it is what will come back to you. In those situations where we respond with hurt or anger or hatred, and the emotions are strong and focused enough, you are sending energy to those people that can interfere or get in the way of their free will choices, and your contribution to the situation will either trigger the same within them, or will enhance an already volatile situation.

We're all aware of karma and it's affect on each of us, and if you get back 10 fold what you send out...I'm all for and prefer to receive unconditional love back then the thought energy that could potentially lead me astray outside my Pure Intent umbrella.

Forgiveness Heart Exercise

When I find myself in situations where I feel challenged to send unconditional love to certain people...

I will visualize my "forgiveness heart"..that is created from my own core energies....and place it forgiveness heart between me and the person/people...and ask it to do all appropriate.

I know the energy I'm sending out and receiving will be transmuted to unconditional love as it passes through the forgiveness heart....and for my own benefit...I will be able to forgive them...hence, removing the initial barrier of sending out unconditional love to one and all.
